Amerasia International Terminal Services, Inc. (AITSI) is the leading integrated cargo handling company in Subic Bay Freeport which started its operations in 1996. AITSI is registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and authorized by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority to operate at Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

The company has provided its expertise in cargo handling services for more than 25 years and has recently become the pioneer in providing transshipment services for completely built units (CBU). Our History

AITSI is established in 1996, registered as a business organization under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We have been also given a Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption (CRTE) issued by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) to operate our cargo handling services at Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

In February 1996, just being new in the industry, we took a giant step. We decided to absorb Signal Forwarding Corporation, a pioneering cargo handling service provider since 1993. It expanded our reach and services offered.

In 2016, we constructed a 5,000 sq.meters warehouse inside the Block K NSD Compound, aiming to expand and improve our business activities in serving our clients in the Freeport Zone. We also opened it for consignees for short-termed lease.

Fast forward to more than 2 decades of service, we are highly recognized for our cargo handling services in the Freeport Zone, catering to 250 vessels per year, 35 regular employees and 100+ consistent project-based stevedores.
